With a powerful drive to achieve and the professional expertise to seek out the best real estate opportunities in the region's dynamic economy, I am dedicated to the service of my clients.Born and raised in Calgary to an entrepreneurial family owning a chain of convenience stores, I became involved in entrepreneurial endeavours from an early age - in stock options trading, reselling gas powered remote control car parts and helping to manage the convenience stores. While studying Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Calgary, I developed a passion for real estate and bought my first rental property in 2006. By 2010, I had acquired a $3.5 million portfolio of cash flow rental properties in Calgary and Edmonton.
Before taking the step to working in real estate full time, I worked at Enterprise Rent A Car as a Sales Associate and Management Trainee. I was able to understand, intuitively, what customer service looked like and, in the third month of employment, was welcomed to the Elite dinner for surpassing company sales goals and being ranked first in sales/customer service in Alberta, within six months.
In 2012, I decided to pursue a professional career with Trickle Creek Custom Homes, where I went on to buy and sell $9 million in inner city residential lots. Since leaving Trickle Creek, I continued to help people buy and sell their homes through my association with Re/Max Real Estate (Central). With RE/MAX, I was humbled to be recognized as one of the top Realtors in Calgary as I always made my clients interest the highest priority.
In 2021, my path in Real Estate has now taken me to a new and exciting opportunity with eXp Realty which we believe is the future of residential real estate. This particular brokerage is an extremely powerful cloud based brokerage that offers state of the art tools and collaboration with all things real estate. This platform is light years ahead of the conventional brokerage model which utilizes technology to maximize exposure to it’s clients benefit and we have found that our listings will get increased traffic, views, and exposure in the right places which subsequently will give our clients a competitive advantage.
